School-Based Vision Program
We are helping to close achievement gaps! Children need to see to read and learn. Students that receive glasses improve their grades and engagement in the classroom. Health Partners’ School-Based Vision Program provides these services to students at no cost:

Optos Retinal Imaging
When you have diabetes or high blood pressure, it's important to check your retina every year. Our team can take a quick picture of your retina to see how they are doing.
