Do you take my insurance?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed-Care like Buckeye, Paramount, Molina, CareSource, and most commercial insurance.
What if my bill is still too high?
No one will be turned away for not being able to pay. We offer payment plans and other options. Call Health Partners to talk about a discount or to set up a payment plan.
I don’t have insurance. How much does it cost?
Patients pay based on what they can afford. Our team can explain the Sliding Fee Scale and help you apply to receive a discount. We can also help you find out what kind of insurance you may be eligible to apply for, including Medicare and the Insurance Marketplace.
Will you keep my information private?
Absolutely. We protect your privacy and follow strict policies that meet all federal and state laws.
Do I really need this kind of care?

Yes. All services at Health Partners have a cost. Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans cover behavioral health care. We also set the cost based on what you can afford to pay.
Is MAT covered by insurance?
Yes, medicine for MAT is covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance. You can still get a discount on your balance if you are uninsured.
Do you do MAT treatment here?
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a special program to help people with opioid addiction. If you or a loved one needs treatment call the office. We will provide care as soon as possible.
What is SBIRT and why do I need it?
SBIRT stands for Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment. It’s a smart, science based way to help find people who need help. We screen every patient because it makes sense. The sooner we can find a problem, the sooner we can help you feel better. This helps lower health care costs, too.
