Labs run tests on bodily samples (like blood and urine) to help find out what’s happening inside of your body. You can get all of your lab services done at Health Partners. You do not need to call ahead.
We partner with a local lab to make these services possible. This means the lab, not Health Partners, will directly send you a bill. A sliding fee scale is available to help keep costs low.

Early pregnancy care is important for the mom and baby’s health. We encourage any woman who thinks she may be pregnant to schedule a visit as soon as possible. We offer full services for the entire pregnancy. You can get care from when you first find out, through the delivery of the baby, and even after the baby is born. Our care teams will see both the mom and new baby.
Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) is a treatment to prevent, slow, or stop tooth decay. Using SDF can avoid the need to remove decay and fill a tooth. Applying SDF is easy. It is painless, and no local anesthesia is needed.

No one will be turned away for not being able to pay. We offer payment plans and other options. Call Health Partners to talk about a discount or to set up a payment plan.
Patients pay based on what they can afford. Our team can explain the Sliding Fee Scale and help you apply to receive a discount. We can also help you find out what kind of insurance you may be eligible to apply for, including Medicare and the Insurance Marketplace.

We’re always accepting new adult and pediatric patients. To become a patient, give us a call and we will set up your first appointment. If you already get care somewhere else and want to move your health records from there to Health Partners, let us know and we can help.
Yes, you can. Every location has a limited number of same-day appointments. To save a spot, please call your nearest location. If your regular care provider is busy, you may see someone else at the health center.
No, Health Partners does not fill in for other medical providers in the community. You will need to contact your doctor’s office to find out where to get care.
