The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists the Medical Provider or Registered Nurse (RN) in the care and treatment of Health Partners of Western Ohio’s patients. The nurse performs nursing services utilizing the nursing process. The LPN shall perform a variety of complex nursing tasks and related duties as required in a patient centered medical home setting.

Must be willing to work either a 8 hour shift or 12 hour shift.

This position will be Mon-Thurs 8am-5:30pm.
